Our story
We started this company after seeing too many jobs done wrong.
David spent over a decade working under some of the largest window contractors in Broward and Miami-Dade before deciding the only way to do this work the way it should be done was to do it himself. Too many installs were rushed. Too many openings were shimmed instead of squared. Too many homeowners were handed a permit folder with missing inspections.
Modern Window Solutions exists for the homeowner who wants the install done once and done right, by a licensed crew that pulls every permit, follows every HVHZ code, and actually answers the phone after the truck leaves the driveway. We're small on purpose. David runs every estimate. Every job is signed off by a name you can call.
